Grand Turismo !

Having recently aquired the use of a PS2, I spend the majority of my( girlfriend loosing ) weekend playing GT3...
Now whilst having to get some sleep, my idiot mate managed to purchase the biggest turbo imaginable putting power upto 540bhp on my lovely STI7....
The trouble is the damn thing doesn't go around corners - I keep pumping money into the suspension and brakes etc, but is it worth just saving up my cash now and going to the next level of car - If so is it worth getting anthing but the Skyline R34...
Answers Please !

Simply put the biggest turbo is not always the best idea. Too much power can make corners tricky. Tuned well the STi and 22B are great fun to play with in that game, although there are faster cars around!

change the tyres... and get some weight reduction.
These work on GT2 on my PSone... was saving for a Scoob on it but went nuts and bought an Evo IV and tuned the nuts off it. Now there is nothing that I can do to it (except the racing modification which I don't want to do)...

I've got an R34 Skyline with every mod possible and it's impossible to drive... too much is never enough? sometimes it is...
(of course maybe I'm just crap at the game!)

RichS - yep sounds like could be a good driver after all & the car is too blame according to my son (who was watching over my shoulder & wanted to reply to this thread). Apparantly the best car is FO94/S racer (F1 car)
