Wots with the Ku band - get different stories from the sites I've been lookin at. Some say it's no longer used in the UK, others say it's the new band for mobile gatso's - which is it ?

It is the band for mini gatsos. Most radar detectors have only recently added this band, so there is no way it's dissapearing. It's the Ka band that is not used in the UK.
