Sorry for asking a daft question..but i'm tired and can't remember!!
I need more mph for the revs...so is it a smaller back and bigger front ?

I really should have been able to work it out, but was tired
Spending most of my weekends being a race bike mechanic is getting to me...or maybe it's the 2-stroke fumes (avags+747)

Do you not have the gearing table or your bike? It's a TZ250 if I remeber rightly? If it is I might be able to get you the table (gives max speed in each gear for each gear set and sprocket combo)
