Default anyone re watching the sopranos

OMG

I watched it for the first time in about 2010 - and thought it was amazing, so much better than Breaking Bad

re-watching it (with my v sceptical wife) - even better, I am finding so funny too

We have just finished breaking bad,we are 1/4 through the x-files then the sopranos is next.
Also re-watching all of the a-team/Knight rider/baywatch and airwolf for a bit of nostalgic entertainment

No, but I watch Firefly every year, it just doesn't get old.

I never really watched it when I was younger as all I wanted to do was drink and **** but now I'm old and fat my priorities have changed (and my ability too lol)

To be fair it's really good,ok the effects are somewhat questionable but I'm only in season 2 so still very early days.
forgot how much of a looker gillian Anderson was aswell

just updating this, still on the x-files its taking bloody ages lol. we are currently half way through season 8.
really enjoying it so far, there are a couple of crappy episodes per season but all in all very enjoyable. we prefer the main story line with the smoking man etc rather than the standalone monster of the week episodes.
we thought the film was fantastic and have the second one coming up to watch.

on a different note we have also started watching mayan's mc which is the spin off to sons of anarchy, very very good so far.

So currently just started season 4 of the sopranos last night, have to say it's ****ing amazing so far. Pauly is a legend 🙌 👏

Any suggestions for other shows? Been told the wire is good along with six feet under and boardwalk empire.

The Wire is the best of all of them, absolute classic show. I have watched all 5 seasons twice.
Boardwalk Empire also brilliant

So updating this again, finished the sopranos thought it was absolutely fantastic although disappointed with the ending.

Have just finished season 2 of gangs of London which we love and just watched the 1st season of your honor which was really good.

What's next? We started the wire last night (managed 2 episodes) not sure if I'm into it or not yet.
we wanted to watch boardwalk empire but its not on sky and amazon prime are charging for it which i refuse to pay for.

Any other recommendations?

So just watched the last 2 episodes of the walking dead, I will say I'm gutted it has ended, my wife and I have been watching it for 10 years it was the 1st major TV series we watched together.

Really really enjoyed it to be honest, 1 or 2 seasons were a bit meh compared to others but overall I thought it was a fantastic show.

Got season 7 of fear of the walking dead to do now......another great show in my opinion 👌
