Window mechanisms
Are they all the same quality / is it possible purchase after market that last longer - this is for double glazed upvc windows

Following.
we have Anglian windows and one of the metal bars broke.
cost us £90 for Anglian to come out and replace. The kicker was that I wasn’t home so when the engineer asked the wife if we wanted the spare one (comes in a set of 2) she said no 😱
we now have a second mechanism failing
