I couldn't honestly tell you whether or not there's better stuff on the market, but you could certainly do worse than "Kontakt 60" spray, made by Kontakt Chemie. I'm still on the same 400ml can I bought about 5 years go from CPC (I do use it fairly regularly, it just never seems to go down much), but probably also available from Amazon, Ebay and maybe RS Components.

Edit:
"Kontakt" with 2 Ks

The only reason i ask is i've read that some contact cleaners can damage plastic hence why i asked here just incase someone has used one that they know is safe to use with plastic as well.

Philips used to make a contact cleaner, the best I had ever used in my electronics career. I have one tin left. Servisol contact cleaner is ok and is available
