Insurance claim
Last year I was involved in an accident( for want of a better phrase ) I just had the second unsolicited phone call in regards to making a claim. I thought that the insurance company's had stopped selling details, has this been changed ? Are these people still allowed to contact insurance customers ? Ta

It's probably nothing to do with the actual claim, it's chancers trying their luck.
I get them all the time in my work phone, and I've never had an accident.
(I normally string them along for a few minutes, then let them know they are ringing an insurance broker, which tends to make them vanish!)

I get quite a few as well. They inform me that i can claim for 'minor discomfort' and i don't need any medical evidence to support it.
Like Jay, i normally string them along. They get quite frustrated when i say that i didn't suffer any minor discomfort what so ever and for me to state any different would be a lie.
"Well, what are we going to do with this money we have lined up for you" the exclaim!
"You'll just have to give it back to the insurance compnay" I reply, then hang up
