Rang about website difficulties, the guy basically told me that the web address for emails is a free service, so tough luck. What a crock. I suppose if the internet connection was down but I could still get emails, they'd say I was paying for the mails but the broadband was free? And like I can GET email without their internet connection??? Idiots.

Now they want to put my bill up by a further 6%, when inflation is running at +/- 0.5%...and cannot justify it.

They have given me, or are giving me Fox and 150Mb broadband, when I already have 100Mb, so don't need the increase and we don't like Fox.

Been with them 13 years...never ONCE had an offer to match those given to new customers, only price increases.

Might give Sky a try, I loathe the thieves that are BT.......

Yeah, we`ve already had the "can you turn your computer on, it`s got a problem" scam, long before this latest **** up. My missus gave the woman serious abuse, told her karma would kill her etc, so she rang back up saying she wanted to speak to me, she loved me, and was pregnant ! Missus replied "He had a vasectomy 17 years ago, you ugly c***" !!

That`s how Talk talk looks after you, when the service is working.
