Physio advice required
So, to cut a long story short and after a bit of research, I think I've torn my external oblique. Has anybody else done this and if so, what were your symptoms?
P.S before any smart-***** come out with any "why Scoobynet, go to a doctor" type comments, it's in the pipeline, so please only comment if you've suffered the same. Thanks.
