Was up Wednesday I think....the only good bit of living next to donny airport

Where do you reckon would be the best place to watch the take off please?

 

They have plenty of viewing laybys around the airport fence, some strange folk there though (as in unsuitable for babysitting duties ) , busiest is at the rear of the airport (heading bawtry way) ...think it's the austerfield turn off.
The landings can be a bit more fun if they have plenty of fuel left as they play around the sky westwoodside way (that's the normal route for landing)

Just got back from watching it take from Doni. WOW!!! What a sight and sound it was, the number of people there was amazing.

It'll be at Bournemouth this year, just realised I booked a romantic weekend away with the missus in sussex for that weekend, there is no way out of that
