Great achievement and in the right section too in my opinion. World of difference between a few scumbag overpaid footballers hiring prostitutes and a national hero breaking a world record!

There are all sorts of stories about Sky and doping.
You have to question why a team that was supposedly 'clean' employed Dr. Geert Leinders who is now banned for life by USADA. Sean Yates, Michael Rogers employed by sky with doping history and then left. Jonathan Tiernan-Locke banned.
Chris Froome spinning away from Contador up up Mont Ventoux.

Never mind drugs, I read somewhere that someone challenged B.W.'s recent achievement with the accusation that B.W.'s bike handles were unacceptable/weren't within the set standards thus he cheated, and his achievement should be considered as null? I'm not fully sure, but I am a bit sure that it was about B.W. in that news.

His handle bars were 3d printed titanium (I think) which aren't in production as an off the shelf item therefore not compliant.

The UCI said in a statement: “Bradley Wiggins’ bike and equipment were thoroughly assessed by UCI officials before and after the UCI Hour Record attempt and were judged to be fully compliant with UCI regulations.”
Plus the 3D printed Pinarello handlebars will soon be available to Pinarello customers.
So technically, the handlebars didn't conform with the UCIs regulations. But I assume as Pinarello will now offer them to it's other 'customers' they passed the legal test.
