Default UKIP correct...twice in two days.

Yesterday we saw the release of the figures for Romanians and Bulgarians coming here: 5.76 times what the Tories and LimpDems estimated.
Despite Clegg's anger at Nigel Farage when he mentioned that might happen in the debate.

And today, we see that there has been a call from the EC for an EU Armed force to face down Putin....once again, Clegg said it wouldn't happen and was a dangerous thing to say during the debate.

What planet is Clegg the smeg on?

The Establishment can only deny reality for so long, after a while reality just steam rollers over the pathetic attempts to maintain a fantasy. You saw it in the Communist countries, and we are seeing it now with immigration and the EU. The reality of the situation can no longer be denied, and its only those controversial figures that said the Emperor had no clothes that are vindicated

Also Farage predicted in 2008 on the dangers of courting Ukraine, turns out he was right on that as well.....

Were UKIP right?

They repeatedly claimed that as many as 29 million would come. It makes being wrong by 6:1 look positively accurate

Nigel Farage warned about Russia Ukraine in 2008 - YouTube
I have to say I agree with that

naïve to say the least to think that Putin/Russia would allow this - and smacks of triumphalism from EU/NATO - backed by the hawkish US administration

it may have been possible when Russia was a bankrupt basket case at the turn of the century, but not now, with Russia as a resurgent super power

and I think this eastwards expansion went back on the tacit agreement re spheres of influence post breakdown of the eastern bloc

That may well all be right from a strategic perspective, but it kind of misses the point doesn't it?

The majority of the Ukrainian people are aspiring to western values, not Putin's values.

I agree in a perfect world - but it isn't

both the US and Russia have spheres of influence especially in their backyards

if the EU/NATO wanted to move the Ukraine away from "mother" Russia they should have been a bit cleverer about it

and not simply turn up with a can of Coke and pair of Levis - saying come with us, ooh and by the way can be put NATO missiles in your garden

Putin is not a Mug

Yup, Putin is being portrayed as the aggressor here and though he is no angel he has had his buttons pressed by the West.

And how about those claims that the Malaysian plane was downed by Russian missiles, was that ever proven or just propaganda?

Ah, Martin, I thought better of you..a LITTLE better anyway.

IF you bother to check, you'll see that they said that 29million HAD THE RIGHT TO COME.

Never did they say that they would all come...it was made abundantly clear to that moron Smegg too.

ANYONE could have foreseen the EU expansion, together with inevitable NATO backing was liable to get this sort reaction from the russkies and putin in particular .

Plain mad imo

They never gave a number....just pointed out that the Tories...and Lying Labour before 'em, had opened the door to ANOTHER 29 million people, should they choose to come.

The Tories it was who estimated...and were 5.76 times too low.

You know a party is full of bull when it's supporters get excited about a point being right and even moreso when two being correct brings out the tea parties and orgasms.

Oh I see 'they never gave a number'. So anywhere between 0 & 29,000,000 then.

We got off lightly then

UKIP is the obvious choice now and it's been reflected on my notorious ranker list recently.

They've leap-frogged Labour and are now reeling the Greens in. At 427 likes UKIP have over a 100 more than any other party. The bookies are risking it at 150/1 for UKIP winning most seats.

I think this says more about Ranker than it does about UKIPs electoral chances.

'Most seats' lol; right now they'd snap your hand off if you offered them 5

I'm not so sure. Agree or disagree with UKIP they are certainly the party everybody is talking about. Nobody likes Miliband, Cameron is finished and Clegg is forgotten about.
Although I doubt they will get into power but they will more than likely rock the establishment.

Indeed people are talking about them no doubt about that. But they are polling at around 12%, which means virtually no seats.

There's wrong, and then there's WRONG.

Its not to say that there won't be a surge of support, or they manage to concentrate their vote in a few seats...

Farage said we were OPENING THE DOORS to 29 million - IN FACT HERE'S A VIDEO OF HIM SAYING IT. Here is the proof

He said he thought about 50000 would come in one year or "several hundred thousand in 5 years which may be conservative". In fact here's a video of him SAYING IT (starts at 1.56)

But don't bother replying because a) I've blocked you and b) anything you say is worthless
