Default New government IT schemes....

Just tried to register for the new DART charge for the Dartford crossing.

"An unexpected error occurred on the server..."

Who'd ha' thought it? From a government agency?

Oh they are.....good at delivering large wedges of cash into their supporters' pockets w2ith no obvious gain to the taxpayer.

Makes me sick...my wife got her yearly tax return today, 32% of her salary taken in tax and NI.

Shall I just post them on Farcebook now, or shall I just assume that the company they select to do this, will fail to deliver as normal, but still make hundreds of millions of pounds out of it?

Can't see it working like they want it to.
Nor can I see everyone paying, especially Johnny Foreigner, despite their claims to the contrary.

And the charge has already gone from £1 to £1.50 to £2 and now is set to go to £2.50...and that's NOT to cover non payers, they say.
Aye...right......
