Has anyone ever bought off CDF Racing and how did you find there service.I bought a pitch mount through ebay over the weekend which is fair enough they wont be open.Monday comes and nothing left on ebay to say posted.And again today so ive rang them and they say there internet has been down a good job ive rang these because other wise id be waiting for a long time.Ive been ripped off a few times so just being cautious.A lady from CDF Racing phoned me back this evening to say its being posted out tomorrow afternoon.

I am sorry for the delay with your item, But the Ebay ad does state dispatched in 3 working days, I have had the messages that you've called a few times today and yes our internet has been down .

I bought from CDF off eBay, and had an issue with the item, so dropped them a message.

I did also start a thread on here about the item but not to slag of CDF just looking for another place or make as I needed one swift.

To be fair to CDF Chris did PM me almost straight away to help resolve, and his customer service since then has been superb.

To the point I have not bought else where and have gone back to CDF.

A great example of how basic customer service can retain a customer.

You didn't have to read this or even reply to it.Im sure I will find something you will post that I might not like but I will keep my opinions to my self

Im merely asking a question as this is a forum and lots of people spend lots of money tuning there cars.I asked about CDF Racing more to see has anyone shopped with them and want are they like as a company a bit of feedback.A lot of buyers go on reputation.Ive been ripped off in the past by tossers and **** sellers and thought why not ask on here as this is a public forum and costs nothing to ask.

I didn't no cdf racing traded on here till after I bought it from ebay.I googled cdf afterwards and it came up on a thread from Scooby net about other members buying things so that's why I asked.

I bought a bov valve of ebay last month from ebay I didn't no I had to check on forums to see if the ebay trader was on a forum and ask is this seller ok, and I didn't get it.I got ripped off.I wanted to no if I should be worried but it got cleared up.

but you chose to potentially traduce someone's reputation on a public forum before you have had the good grace to wait 3 days, plus the time it takes to deliver it

why make your problem CDF racing's problem, and then why the fvck post it on a public forum
