I think it's brilliant, and I was very disappointed when it was cancelled a few years back by a commissioning editor who then promptly left. It came back by popular demand so it's not just David Lock and me who like it. And having watched paint drying I reckon FW has that occupation beaten hands down!

I suspect the other posters above were glued to Rambo, real man's stuff
David
PS. I may be odd but in FW I love the clothes of the period and the cars of course.

I have watched the odd one, last one being a fairly recent one which had something to do with someone being a spy for the Russians.
Pretty sure it's on Netflix (not sure if it's the Canadian or US one though), so I might have to give it another watch.

Foyle's War is one of the better Sunday evening series. Yes it requires a bit more than the attention span of a gnat to watch it which rules out half of NSR, but for the rest of us it is a well crafted TV series that stands up above most of the dross on domestic TV these days!
