A man in his position should be far more careful about what he says and to whom.

Unless he wanted a reaction, he has his own opinions and at times I bet it is frustrating having to bite your tongue.

The bloody woman who squealed can't even remember what his exact words were.
Yet another storm in a tea cup caused by some weary ***** who has chosen to be offended.
Move on.

Move on.
Hardly a storm in a teacup when a potential future head of state insults the President of Russia.

This so called free country we live in is getting a joke , you can't even have a personal opinion or private conversation without someone moaning racism , sexism , ageism and every other isim out there ,, if its your opinion and your telling someone then you should be free to do so without someone listening in and then judging you on it

Absolutely agreed that it's not a good thing to insult any foreign head of state.
Unless they need it of course.

BTW what was it Charles actually said? Because as I said, the Canadian woman that has dropped him in it has gone on record as saying she doesn't remember exactly what he said.
So who knows what offence has been caused?

Doesn't matter what Charles says or does, he gets away with anything.

If he didn't say it then let him deny it.

Without saying you're innocent? If he didn't say what he was accused of saying why not just say so? It would have saved the furore that followed. Difficult to disagree with his sentiment if he did say what he was accused of btw, if not the analogy.

From the BBC:

The prince and the Russian president are both due to attend a D-Day anniversary event in France next month.
That'll be awkward won't it, like seeing an ex when on a night out with you current GF.
