Vodafone upgrade....???
Got a text message saying thankyou for notifying us of your change of address ......
It wasn't me.
I logged on my account....to discover I'm now somebody else, living somewhere else with a fresh email.!
. So rang somebody, and first guy said someone might have attempted to upgrade my number.....Said he'd investigate and call back 5 mins. Nothing
Next couple of calls to them - you have to come into store and prove who you are
I hope this has happened someone else , cos atm I'm just hoping someone has got all my detail for everything on line

Went to prove who I am, guy thought the whole account would have been taken over, everything , not just name and address.....Said must be fraud case and " it would be looked into " - whilst " correcting the details "
As far as I can see somebody at voda has been into my account, why else would I get message yesterday saying thank you for upgrading and speaking with "Ahmed"
Anyway, canceled Direct debit. And probably get pac code I think

Happened to my wife a few weeks ago. She rang Vodafone, they verified it was her and then set the address etc. back and said they would open a fraud case. Got a letter about a week later saying an fraud had been attempted and they were investigating.
