Contact at Vodafone?
#1
We are having a total nightmare with Vodafone at the moment. We are trying to sort out Fixed Dial numbers for one of our employee's mobiles. This has been going on for a couple of months now. Firstly, we had to send them the numbers we wanted putting into this mobile now they are saying we can do this ourself from the mobile. we have been trying but it is asking for a PIN2 code which Vodafone do not seem to have!!!. Its a nokia 6310i and we wish we had changed to Orange when we were going to!. Anyone know any contacts to address a letter of complaint to?. Anyone else ever tried to do this?.
Thanks Tracey.
Thanks Tracey.

You not wrong there!!!. The most frustating bit is you can never speak to the same person again and find yourself having to repeat the whole over and over again!!!. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Even the blokes in vodafone newbury shop are not helping tbh.

Tracey, my girlfriend works for Vodafone and has mentioned your problems/frustrations to the Customer Relations team. They suggest you go to the Vodafone web site (www.vodafone.co.uk) and select the Contact Us option. This will give you the opportunity to enter into an e-mail conversation with them and, hopefully, get the query resolved.
Unfortunately, I was unable to get a phone number. Good luck.
Cheers,
Steve

We've found Vodafone from a corporate perspective fantastic!
If you want bad customer service, broken promises, bounced from department to department, ever changing policies on procedures, etc, try Corporate4U (part of Phones4U/Singlepoint!)
