Default Channel 4 For the love of cars

Hi

Anyone been watching this series on Channel 4?

First episode was the Escort Mk1 Mexico being restored with an insight to the long history.

Second episode I thought maybe not so good about the Land Rover Series 1 but again I really enjoyed watching this programme.

Just if anyone has been watching I found the following on Pistonheads

http://www.pistonheads.com/classifie...xperiment=true

Yes its the Series 1 they restored.

I've never really watched wheeler dealers before, Is it an old programme?
But I have been watching 'for the love of cars' on channel 4 and 'classic car rescue' on channel 5. They make me want to try something like that myself but I'd never have the skill to restore an entire car on my own. Not in a million years lol

Good series so far, I especially liked the Mk1 Escort, they did a great restoration it.

I wonder what power the Harris tuned engines make?

"Classic Car Rescue" and "skill", not 2 phrases I thought I would ever see in the same post
