Buying from catalogues like very can make electrical equipment very expensive even if buying out right! If your after bundle deals with tablets try jessops or pc world /currys if your just after a camera argos are hard to beat on price or eBay shops online!!!

Megapixels are not the be all and end all. A relatively low MP camera will produce high enough quality pictures.
Optical zoom is high on my list.
Canon Ixus are a decent shout!

Look at either the Panasonic Lumix TZ40, or the TZ60.
TZ40 can now be had for a shade over £200, 18MP, 21x optical zoom, NFC and full PAMS.
TZ60 with 30x zoom is the newer camera. £350
Both come with Leica lenses, which are more important than loads of pixels. Samsung don't have a decent lens manufacturer on theirs.

Mike... what do you really want to spend??
the samsung at that price with that OFFER is very good, I'd go for that.
does it come with a flash though

Wasnt sure what to spend as i was just seeing what was for sale at the moment. Probably no more than £200. But i did a search on the nx2000 and found that one from very website and if i went with that i would pay it all off. I couldnt find that package at that simular price anywhere.
I've looked in argos and currys and will look at them others. In the past i've had 2 kodak digital camera's but found it hard to get a good pict a night

Nikon point and shoot cameras are good at low light/ party places! Aswel during the day! I had a hitachi £99 camera 16mp 22x zoom and was well up to doing the job! That was from argos! But go for the package desk if the camera looks good enough for you and you wanting a tablet at same time!!!
