Default Simtek at Thwaites

Some of you may have already seen/heard the results !!

Mark at Thwaites Developments in Warwick is now an approved installer/mapper of Simtek ecu's.

He fitted mine to my STI v3 last wednesday and I cant thank him enough (but I try). From dropping the car in till leaving his unit I was looked after and talked through the ins and outs and what was being done to my pride and joy.

The map makes the car drive like a dream and if anything better than the stock ecu (credit to Steve Simpson and the team for a quality product).

It seemed only right to have ALS and Launch activated, as those who know me and my car it wouldn't seem right without a few pops and bangs here and there.

Prior to mapping it turned out my lambda was down, but Mark ordered me one in and had it fitted in quick order.

If your in the market for a new ecu, you could do alot worse than fit a Simtek and have Mark install and map it.

Thanks Thwaites another top job (front mount next !!)

Good to hear your cars going well, and making you smile. Keep it clean for all the meets, and I`ll race you to see who gets the fmic fitted first. (If you fit yours before me, give us a hand fitting mine!.....)
