Just to update you on my diet. I actually went to sainsburys, bought some fresh veg, fresh pasta, fresh soup, garlic bread......................and 8 cans of fosters

We did too, nothing like chilling out in a pub on a cold Sunday afternoon!
As we said we have no plans over the whole of Christmas (except the obvious) so we're up for Sywell.
