Just thought i'd have a quick look at the other regions and well..........I'd just like to point out that we in the Midlands know how to rock 
I reckon that here in the midlands, not a single weekend goes by without summat Scoob kickin' off. I LIKE IT LIKE THAT

Chris - I used your rules for WCT2 as a basis for the SIDC rule so you know most of it already

It's OK Neil, I got them OK, it was your stuff about keeping the groups together etc. that we were interested in.
We are trying to use 'best practice' and we are taking everyones ideas on board to try to make it as safe & enjoyable as possible
I will pass on our latest WCT3 ones when they are finished so they continue to 'evolve'.
