SIDC @ Trax... If your going please read
Hello All,
If you bought an entrance ticket and recieved a carpass for the club stand, could you please spare a few minutes to read this..thanks
Fortunatley it's a smaller stand than previous years, but I imagine it will be still a headache to organise you guys into the clubstand area.
So when you arrive at the event and are directed to the SIDC area, you will more than likely meet some smiley SIDC committe members to greet you.
Please stop at the entrance, so we can have a quick chat with you. (Don't just drive in like a lot of rude people do).
You may be asked several easy question's...like...
Would you like to enter the club Show and Shine competition?? Answer Yes or No.
Are you going around the track today?? Answer Yes or no.
This is so we can get the right cars parked up in the right places, no point us parking a car with no wayout if he wants to go on track at lunch time.
If your their early, and people are putting up gazeboo's, banner's flag,s lend a hand, it's quite difficult doing it on your own. You might meet new people too in the process
Also if you get there before any of the organising committee are there, please don't park in an awkward spot in the club stand and then walk off and leave the car there all day, it's rude. I will be quite annoyed and may ask you to leave and park in the general carpark.
Hope everyone's ok with this.
And remember the earlier you get there the less queing you will do, believe me if your not their before 9am then you could be waiting hours.
