In a new Mini One, or whatever they are called, black car.
Lucky for me I spotted their epaulettes, when looking in my mirror, they were about 50 yds back. Good job I have good eyesight as I had just come to an open stretch of road, 40 limit but I may have gone a fair bit past that.

About a month ago I saw a Dark coloured large 02 reg volvo estate pull over a car just outside Cov on the A45.

Also a Dark blue 406 which pulled my mate over last year.

My brother got pulled by a Black Accord Type R earlier on in the year. The car looked completely standard, but was kitted out with all of the video gear.
