Okay you Staffs guys and gals - the BIG Staffs Meet is drawing nigh!!!
What do I need to know???
General availability of peeps - what weekend is best? October time?
How long do you want the run???? Shall I do a split run one half the lenght of the other? Looking at around 120 miles GATSO FREE!!!!
I went out on a prelimary recce with Rich today and we covered 100 miles of GATSO free roads that are fun to do
Robman YHM about more recces

Starting 10am (ish), you could go for a short drive, scenic break, then another short drive to pub for lunch

My view is that I would have just driven 100+ miles to get to the meet so not a massive drive on to the pub.
Can you let me know a bit more detail (Email) and I'll see what I can do re. arranging a convoy up.

I can provide a later time if we have more interest from Southern peeps.
I can also tailor the routes to what you want. If the more local peeps want a longer run then I can do that with a stop off being the same as last year for an ice-cream
I will make the stop off the near finishing point for the short route.
The long route will continue on and finish at the pub whereas the short route will do a direct line straight to the pub, which isn't that far.
It iwll just be a question of timing the runs and seeing if I need to organise split times for the runs.

I've replied on the MLR thread but provisionally put myself and Su down for this in the Evo depending on date. Shoudl be free most weekends in October though.

Just to add that the format of the run will be that peeps go out in groups of four, no more than five. (Unless people specifically want to stick together)
There will be a 5 minute spacing between groups (longer for possible larger groups)
How does that sound? as we will hopefully be looking at the same amount of cars as last year, I feel this is the best option to go for.
