Again, would repeat the warning about Gatsos. There are about 20 of them along the A34 between Stoke and Stafford! Although it is the rozzers with the laser guns that you have to watch out for. Yes, that is a voice of experience. Not even my snooper was quick enough to alert me in time!

Excuse me for being new to this, but what is the itinery on a meet? Do you go for a blast in convoy and meet for a pint and some scooby talk afterwards? I am only in a standard 98 Turbo, so would I be blown away by all of you in P1's/ STi's or are there other standard cars as well?

Guidance would be appreciated.

Last meet was...

Meet at the pub, inside for a drink and a chat, back outside for a look under a few bonnets, inspect the oil slick left by DodgeT , winge about Mike paying 30p a litre for Autogas for his Nissan and have a laugh.

Few folks went off for a quick blat and came back to the pub, so no worries about keeping up - you don't even have to move your car till you go home.

Yep come to think of it I havent seen his car for a while , but there is a nutter on a scooter with L plates round our way. Something your are not telling us CB .
