Cool

Ok I know we spoiled you last year and had 2 Welsh camping trips but it seems we are only gonna be able to fit in one this year as everyone has been much too busy to bother so far and we are running out of time to get it sorted.

We already have ideas for the route and it will be less miles than WCT3 but probably more than WCT2 for those 'regulars'

It looks like we are looking to August or maybe even September for a date which is yet to be decided.

SO, the question is, who is 'seriously interested' and when CANT you make it???

August would be better for me (September will be the IoM Birthday Bash). Don't forget that there is a bank holiday on the 26th!

Maybe go for a long Day 1, and a short Day 2 (in case one or two need a lie in )

just in case some of you can't read the instructions here is the latest diary availability chart....

27/28 July - German Grand Prix
03/04 August - Southern softies Alton Towers Trip
10/11 August - Finland Rally
17/18 August - Hungarian Grand Prix
24/25 August - German Rally , August Bank Holiday on the following Monday
31 August/01 September - Belgian Grand Prix

OK, decision time!

I nominate eiter the 10th/11th or 31st August/1st September, starting normal time, normal place

Route will be somewhat of a reverse to the 'usual' pattern with a gentle Sunday drive back.

Anyone who doesn't fancy all that driving will be able to opt out of either day.

Let's have a vote, any objections

I will start a fresh thread when we have confirmed the date.

OK,

to help choose the best date, see below...

27/28 July - German Grand Prix
03/04 August
10/11 August
17/18 August - Hungarian Grand Prix
24/25 August - August Bank Holiday on the following Monday
31 August/01 September - Belgian Grand Prix
07/08 September
14/15 September - IOM Birthday Bash

If there are any major events that might influence the choice, please cut and past the above into a reply and add the details. Place a smiley if the influence is good, or a frowny if it is bad. Don't include personal events here (like Gran's Birthday) - just national stuff like SIDC Track Days or regional meets.

Hopefully we can narrow things down to a few possible dates very quickly.

So, over to the panel!

Suspect last seen in Tamworth area 13.20 hours 09/06/02 wearing pixie hat and carrying shotgun.

Approach with caution, esp. if taking the ****

BTW Last word of preceeding line should be should be inserted immediately after Occupation
