Default Oil pressure gauge question.

Just a quickie, where have you guys with oil pressure gauges fitted put you sender?

I know the best place is behind the alternator but was wondering if I can use the same position as the oil temp sender on the top of the engine block?

Thanks

You can, but you get a more accurate reading using the standard pressure switch location under the alternator

Thanks Jon, that's what I thought, just didn't fancy messing about with the alternator. Will give it a go though.
