New addition to the MSOC family
All,
I have finally taken the plunge and bought a 2006 Hawkeye STI.
Big thanks Fiestaboy (aka Richard) for hellping find a good one. He managed to pull a blinder and get them to put forged pistons in for a modest fee. then he decided they should service it put performance friction pads and better spark plugs in as part of the deal. well done mate was a very good deal you helped me get.
I am now working on afew tunning ideas so please feel free to post any experiances you might think relervant. The exhaust is first on the menu and i'm deciding between a HKS silent hi power and a magnex system.

It is extremely well made and a genuine 3" exhaust. Can be quite loud, but the centre is resonated and it does come with a bung. I've replaced my centre section following an issue with a previous sport cat, and have a full decat, and actually I see no need to fit the bung - it is now great for daily use and mental when you floor it
