Default Budgie is grounded for 6-8 weeks

time for a freshen up
Fiestaboy started the task on Monday
new cosworth timing belt
oil and filter change
full engine and radiator coolant flush
replace water pump and idler

cooling system all refurbed Jon
parts replaced where required
front shocks have come off and sent to tein for refurb
bumper has been removed, not sure if i should respray
intercooler getting a bit of a spring clean
pics will be up over the weekend Dave

the upshot of this work is
if the car dont perform at snetterton its going

Well he's busy Sunday night finishing my remap

Nearly there and pulling some rapid speeds on some nice sweeping bends on the private test track we used to get the first part of the map sorted - that was fun

i looked at RCM carbon, £112
took me about an hour to make and fit
pop round mate and we will sort one, foc to you

Sorry Ricky, I'm going to High Wycombe, he's not coming to me. The car is fine to drive now, we just need to wind the boost up whilst sorting the oscillations

some places do them for £40

I was gunna do it out of sheet metal and paint it as not keen on bling under the bonnet but your Perspex plexi idea just the ticket MR B'.
