While I am having to spend an unplanned amount on the head gasket there are a few other little bits I am thinking of.

The front track rod ends are showing signs of wear.... Replace with standard or change for upgraded ? Eitherway, any views on what to buy and any links on where is best to buy them?

Replace radiator - Rich suggested Mishimoto, so looking at x-line for £240, I saw on import car parts an upgrade rad for £130, views? (I am changing thermostat)

I would do cam belt kit,assume your doing both heads gaskets? check/replace the rocker gaskets.

maybe oil pump depending on age/mileage just my opinion but if you plan on keeping the car makes sense while it's stripped.

Thanks.. Cam belt kit done a week ago!... will look into the oil pump... might as well!
