Default 2002 JDM Bug WRX STI Prodrive

Well after a few months of being away I've finally got back into Subaru ownership and back in my favorite kind of Impreza!

As of last week I'm the proud owner of a genuine 2002 JDM WRX STI Prodrive bugeye

Originally imported by Andy Napier of RA Motorsport in 2004 when he was the salesman at Dickson of Perth. Car has been owned the last 4 years by Whiteline Services so well, well looked after

To say I'm over the moon in an understatement!! It's pretty much standard on the outside with 18" Rota's with brand new Michelin pilot 2. Absolutely no rust.

Suspension had the full Whiteline catalogue underneath with Pedders fixed height dampers and lowered spring kit. Every bush has also been uprated.

The Engine- AFP TD05 20G - Hyperflow front mount - GFB recirc valve - GT Spec headers - 750cc injectors - ECUTEC AFP duel map remap currently running 360 bhp at 1.3 bar (was 420 but turned boost down) and full decat. Lots of colour coding etc too.

It has JDM Black face Defi gauges including ATL centre pod, blitz turbo timer and a Sony single din.

Anyway, here are some pics

That looks immaculate! Ride-height looks spot on too, just low enough to look good but still look like it could be standard - any ideas how much its dropped?

Blob scoop is the only thing I'm not keen on, but otherwise... perfect

Thanks. Think it's around 35mm drop. It's had a full fast road set up, caster camber etc.

Don't like the scoop either! Trying to source a genuine standard one

Your car looks stunning. Nice ride height and proper colour.

How do you find the pedders suspension?

My Hawkeye could do with some new shocks - dont want coil overs and the pedders are a nice price...

Thanks

Very nice car indeed, like has already been said I'd junk the Blobeye scoop as it really let's the car down.
