thanx for the comments. i didnt really like the bolt on flares either, too wide for me aswell.
spacers are 25mm, do intend to get some wider wheels later, the spacers are from abw aswell btw.
i put a cut in the 90 degree lips of the bumper where i wanted the fold to go to and from, which dd happen to be where the bumper bolts to the rear quarter. i then used a heat gun to heat up around where the cuts were and where i wanted the fold and then just bent it by hand. i just repeated this until i got it where i wanted it. i did also bend the very tip (corner where it meets the arch) inwards to follow the contour of the arch.
the bumper does bend quite easy especially with some heat and the fold just want s to go to where you cut the 90 degree lip(where the strength was).
i then bonded some metal with a 90 degree angle to the inside of where the fold is just in case the bumper starts to fold back after a while ,this i also drilled so i can attach it to the quarter again

too right i cant wait...
the rust caused a paint bubble on the outside but once you cut into the arch you see how bad it really is, basically both skins inner and outer were rusted all the way round the arch to the sill, where the bumper attaches to on the side had to be cut away and replaced.
alot worse than i expected.
