Default Sti at Castle Combe on Saturday

Hi guys, first track outing on Saturday with the scooby. Only a short 15 minute stint at Castle Combe as part of the spring day of action.
Been on the track a few times before, but first time with awd and loved the drive out of the corners. The brakes were crap and shot after just 2 laps, must be a problem there that I need to look at, but was getting horrendous juddering going into the the harder braking areas. New front discs and pads too!!
Handling was spot on though, courtesy of newly fitted CDF rolls bars, drop links and anti lift kit.
On another plus side, the 2.5 didnt go bang either

Thought I'd share a few photos. So here you go.

Nice one!
When you say the brakes were shot, did you experience brake fade or just noisy when braking? The latter is a characteristic of the Brembos I think.

With regards to the brakes and tyres, the brakes were vibrating quite badly which could be felt in the steering wheel and seat etc. They were also stinking after only a few laps. My other car, a 300bhp vRS Octy had no such issues other than a little fade.
The tyres seemed pretty decent, but I had to back off due to the brakes. Only doing 1.26 laps.

Maybe warped discs due to overheating.

Yeah, that's what I thought. However, they are new as as the pads. Only been on the car for a couple of months.
