Pics below are of my old scooby and i swapped that for a golf as i thought id save on fuel but missed the stance/burble/fun of my old scooby.
So sold the golf and bought this 99 plate for £1550.
I dont really like decals but quite liked this and the big s201 spoiler is sort of growing on me.
I know some will either like or hate it, but all comments welcome.
It seems quite tho maybe with the magnex back box and its NOT dacated is this why ?

haha, it does look a bit chavy i spose , ye wanted to get it like my old one really, i will see if the decals/spoiler grow on me.

the spoiler is taking some getting used to , ye its off the s201 still unsure on that , only had it 3 days so going see if i get used to it,

If the spolier is a genuine one why dont you take it off and sell it, would've thought they would fetch big money on the right website. Stick a V5/6 spoiler on and have money left over. I like the car btw, just not sure on the spoiler.

It wont be far off your old one if you can source an oe spoiler & if you can get rid of the decals without leaving any marks on the bodywork. Less is more for me! Love the classics!

should b picking a v6 big spoiler up tomorrow already painted £80.
Probably will take the decals of anyway, its a little in your face for my liking.
want it looking like me old one- spoiler/fog light covers/17s rims/30mm lowered
- paint splitter/sti rear lights

Remove the stickers and put some nice wheels and a normal spoiler on it and you've got a winner, but at the minute it looks horrendous, in my opinion of course

its not just the stickers, those nasty multifit halfrauds wheels with milk bottle tops hiding behind ruin the look too

its hard finding a half decent mica blue classic there wasnt much choice out there, this wont take much to get back the look of my old one,

the wheels are too big there 19s and keep rubbing trying to swap them for 17/18s in gunmetal

Get a hair dryer on it, softens the adhesive and then a tar remover to clean of the residue - unless its had a poor respray you'll be fine

it sounds like you are saving this one from a horrible chav death, it hasnt got lexarse lights on the rear has it??

its original paint work, and decals are not that old either, will get some tar remover nxt week and give it a go.

no lexus lights here just standard , gonna change the grill and paint the front splitter aswell
