Default my WRX Type RA

hi guys and girls i'm new to scoobynet but not to forums just saying hello and heres the spec and a few pics of the RA hope you like

looking forward to having a butchers around the site,

Possibly. Nobody knows exactly when Subaru stopped giving all the early WRX & WRX RAs the CDB.

Im guessing its had an engine rebuild with the parts mentioned so maybe the block was replaced.

I thought the WRX RA had a CDB as standard aswell, maybe it was damaged.

thanks guys yeh heres a pic of why mine was rebuilt just before christmas, yeh it originally had a CDB that the first owned killed and replaced it with a ODB then i came along and did this to it after 3 years of ownership and 32 runs up the drag strip







it let go at 120mph bang crunch hole in block not good but couldn't help but laugh at the time

that is without doubt the worst damaged piston and rod i,ve ever seen in my life

Yeh I've kep it as a reminder not to do anything stupid again 120mph for 15min @ 1.2 bar boost = bang
