Default Old school mini cooper detail

had this rare mini cooper into detail, not the ushuall kind of thing but a few of you may be remeinisant of this little favourite

Same chap that had the austin7 contacted me over a mini cooper he had stashed away,the car only has 3k on it and is in very good condition plus it hasnt moved for 3 years.

This is 1of200 sold in this country to celebrate the end of the mini so a special edition

first up was to detailer spray it wipe down and then clay the car

Cracking job mate! How long did that take in total?

Also what was the gadget in the pics showing 128?

That's a mini 35, they still made them after that btw.

Fantastic detailing job, the car looked like a good base.

It's a paint gauge, it measures the thickness of the paint. Useful for telling if a car has had paint or if it's very thin.

it was very clean to start with. The interior is mint. It just needed swirl removal.

Very nice Mini 35 !!! One of the rare later models.
Almost too shiny for one Britains finest

Mini "anoraks" reckon orange peel was obligatory
Certainly is on mine

the original they still look very similar although years apart, they really are mini unlike the new ones that are like fiesta size

Best cars ever! Be even better if it was an original S, I think it is a bit of a shame it hasnt been used more though.
