Show me your new age sti wheels 05 on....
Looking towards next spring I'll be dropping a set of 18's on my MY05 Sti.... The question is what to go for ! I do have a hankering after a set of Milleniums as I think they look great and are very easy to get your hands in to clean but I'm interested to see what everyone is running on the new pcd
I knew where I was with the classic but I find myself on another new learning curve with the new age as there are so many new wheels out there, I always had Rota's on the old car and I'm not against going down that road again if the right style came along.
Just to add one thing that really frustrates me with new wheels is the insides specifically the fact they don't have a finshed coat like the face so I'm even considering second hand and then refurb them to my own colour, anyway sorry for the rambling and let's have a new fresh thread of your favourites.
Also I need enlightening on tyre size and what's the tyres of choice ? I had Yokohama Parada's on the classic but assume they don't do them for a new age.
Cheers
Simon.

Winter standard gold STI rims refurbed gunmetal grey to hide brake dust
Coilovers on.....
Summer, a bit brighter Inovit Redlines, originally white now, not so much, but a VERY easy design to keep clean

I know its on a bugeye, but the bodyshape is basically the same, and availeble in 114.5 PCD.
Speedline Turinis, timeless group N wheel, also beautifully finished and light. Personally if it were my car, and i were keeping with the WRC theme as i know youre a big rally fan Si. Id go with the Milleniums if budget is an issue, or if you can stretch to it id be looking at the Speedlines or maybe some Compomotives.
Tyres id go with the Federal 595 RSR if wanting to keep cost down, or the Yokohama AD08 if you can strecth to them.

My god Arron that is stunning ! Speedline are my all time favourite wheel and I'm afraid to look to see how much they cost lol but that colour is the best shade of anthracite available too.... And Frayz your spot in with the rally inspiration it has to be for sure. The tyre advise is well received as well bud I'll get on the pc and off the phone so I can have a proper look but the Yoko's unless I can get a top deal will probably be outside my budget.

Cheers for the comments fella, mine are wrapped in vredstine sentanta's ultracs, I must have spelt that wrong, however they were about £110 a corner earlier this year for 245 40 18's so good value and seem to be wearing pretty well too.
Looking forward to see what you go for, Speedlines you know you want too, there were some good deals on eBay a while back but only in gold and standard offset, I went for a lower one to push them out a bit.

I really like the standard STi Wheels, I just had mine refurbed in black as they were gold before.
If I upgrade them imtempted by the Ultralites
If anyone has them add a pic.
