My first Scoob
Hello all,
As i'm a new member I thought I'd introduce myself and my car. After owning a few Golf Gti's I had the need for some real power and 4wd so I sold my latest golf (mk2 20vt) and took the plunge. I have a few plans for it but progress will be slow as I live and work in Afghanistan
This is what i've ended up with
It is running 351bhp and 315lb torque and was mapped by Duncan Graham of Race dynamics. Sitting on BCR coilovers and a few other handling parts. Full 3" exhaust with titanium tailpipe, wing mounted AEM air filter. And a load of other little details. Plans are to get it sitting a bit better and then eventually when funds/the missus allow, more power and carbon
All comments welcome

Pics of the Golf as requested, wasn't quite finished with it before I sold it but had quite a bit done! Engine conversion, coilies, uprated brakes, Carbon buckets and 4point harness', full respray and alot of other bits
Cracking little car to drive and surprised a lot of bigger machinery

Don't know the car particularly well, don't see Kev to speak to that much, it's been well looked after in the time he's had it though, and the wheels used to be green.

He must have taken it back while I'm away then
Thanks for the positive comments everybody
Before I post a thread, could somebody point me in the right direction to find out how much power my engine could realistically take? I've tried the search function and technical section but couldn't find anything
