Default Show us your front number plate size's

I've just bought a private plate and want to get an idea about what size I can go with.

It's on a classic uk turbo.

I want to go a bit smaller than standard.

Cheers

Last weekend I finally got around to putting my private plate on. I've chopped bits off each end to make that shorter. It looks better plus it's still legal

pop into halfords, they have legal place sizes you can get. Small, medium and large. Keeping the lettering all standard and legal.

think they are £15 each.

5-Digit Reg fits quite nicely on a 330x110 plate!

And you wont be able to get one made up legally, i got mine made up online, although if you include certain information on the bottom, like a Company Name, Postcode
and British Standards Mark, it is impossible for a police officer to know any different

330mm x 80mm, with motocycle sized (import) letters (65mm high iirc)

Standard sized letters but cut down to leave an 11mm gap around the edge

As mentioned above...

my plates are:
330mm x 110mm = 13" x 4.5"

...so next size up width wise would be:
410mm x 110mm = 16" x 4.5"

Hope that helps.
