Not my cup of tea by some margin.
It also has "DE" number plate? If so, then it was highly likely to have been imported by one of two companies in Pembrokeshire. How long its been in the UK would probably give you the answer to who imported it (assuming it wasn't a DIY import)
A guy in Narbeth sold imports about 14 years ago but got grassed by his Mrs to HMRC for committing fraud on the cars (saying a Nissan GTIR import value was £1500 in 1999 etc)
The other place was in Waterstone and they usually imported crashed cars for parts. They did import the odd complete car. They even imported a genuine Mines R34GTR that a local chap put back together and upped it to silly BHP figures.

I don't know where it was for sale, didn't buy it, swapped it.
I like it, it's different to the others ( endless others ) you see ... of course I realise it's not to everyone's taste, and I've had plenty of opinions, mostly from complete strangers in petrol stations ( also endless petrol stations ) or car parks ...
Imported 2004 ... I have no information on the company that imported it ... plenty of other information but that's where it starts; when it was imported ...

Not my cup of tea either but looks fairly tidy
Import date will be on the V5, who imported it? hard to find out I think unless it has an eu conformaty document or any info from the previous owner? (pop a letter in the post using the old address on the v5 if its not a company)

If its 2004 and not a DIY import then probably from the breakers in Waterstone - that would be around the time they had a bunch of EVOs for sale - they did have a 22B there once. Funnily enough theres a Type R on this page with a DE plate too. Probably from the same place.

It's OE ...
It does stand out, and that's what I like about it, there's a scooby every few paces, and they are all black, white, green, silver or blue ... boring ...

Yea there's standing out in the crowd because it looks good and is tastefully modded, then there's standing out because it's a fecking mess and everything that you could do wrong on a scoob... 2 tone paint n bad colour choice, ridiculous body kit, lexarse lights, small wheels, stupid scoop, has been done, no offence like but cmon get yer eyes tested mate ffs !

I really don't think this car was meant to look anything but outrageous, and it does a rather good job of it ... when you're eyes are stuck on a lambo cruising on the motorway you're not thinking "they are just the right size of wheels for that car", or "what a lovely paint job", you're eyes get stuck because they are outrageous cars that are meant to be outrageous cars ... it's far from a lambo but same outrageous sort of theme I think ... if everything is over the top then all things are even ...
