Got forced off this road by a range rover, forcing me to go up the bank slightly.
What I coudn't see is this nice lump of granite waiting for me.
Resulting in 2 wheels looking like this (both rims buckled and cracked)
Wasn't too happy at bloody all, as the car was 4 weeks old!! (09 plate hatch)

Just after a lease finished on one of the first '08 hatches (in front of the vxr), I leased a 2.8 Vectra VXR. Here she is, in pristine condition....
and here's a nice view of the front, still in pristine condition
until this lot happened THREE short months later.....
and this....
and this....
and a bit of this...
and exactly how fast do you think I was travelling ????
ZERO MPH. I was parked stationary in traffic, on my first date with my gorgeous fiancee. An arriva bus decided to NOT stop and hit me, which pushed me into the car in front, which pushed that car into the back end of another car in front of that.
Result: I ended up buying a scoob and Im still with the fiancee I met during the crash 1 year later.
A Happy ending to a disasterous start!

Result of some tit in a Dodge Ram pick up truck pulling straight out of a petrol station on a duel carridgeway without looking!!
From what I remember all I remember was trying to avoid him but clipped his o/s rear and it sent me into a high kerb, a post then she landed on the otherside of the carridgege way?
From witnesses hit pick up truck, hit kerb, hit post, rolled three times and landed on the roof and a pillar of a plumbers van coming the otherway.
A picture of the van I landed on mid air
Nice

He was a dodgy bugger too. He bought the video tape from the petrol station he pulled of as well the following day yet I couldn't prove it even though the guys in the petrol station told me so. I reported this to the Police and still nothing came of it.
I still suffer as a result of the crash. Neck, shoulder, wrist and my lower back.
Was a lucky ******. Only thing that was worst at the time was my son was two weeks old (I was returning to work for the first time since paternity leave on the day of the crash). I couldn't pick him up for two weeks due to my injurys .
Still , still here so just get on with it. Could have been a lot worse.

Sadly not mate. Was let down by the Police to say the least.

sounds like a very dodgy bugger indeed, makes you wonder what else he'd been up to.

There are some crazy pics on this thread. Very interesting though! Makes me kinda glad i spend £40 on a on-board video camera in case any craziness happens like this in the future to me, at least I'll have some video of it - especially in the case of dodgy garages selling their video recordings....
