Default 1996 V2 555 STI

Hi Guys

At last i have uploaded some pics of my 555

Can anyone tell me the correct badge/s should be on the back,, if indeed there should be any?

I dont mean any of the 555 decal kit either as i dont believe this car ever had those fitted from the factory (was a customer option i'm told)

I think it should possibly have some sort of sti badge perhaps below the rear lamp cluster?

Also a long shot but has anyone got a genuine set of 555 mudflaps knocking around ?

Cheers
Andy

Thats great cheers, just need to find one of those badges now - ebay calling lol.

Your car looks mint mate!! and it seems you have made some tasteful engine and performance mods too!

Just had mine back from an engine rebuild by API, had the car a week before it decided to take up smoking!!, sadly the money i had earmarked for "improvements" got spent on getting the engine fixed!

Not many of these around now so its good to see someone else is keeping a tidy one

Sorry to hear about your engine problem

Mines has been garaged for over a year now

Unfortunately her in doors thinks that a house and kids come before the car , so money has been getting spent on other stuff and the car has taken a back seat.

Hopefully it will be back out a getting a good pampering next year.

I'm fairly sure the badges on the back of my old car were correct:

...apart from the "Type RA" badge, which I know was an Ebay job by the previous owner and which definitely shouldn't have been there.

Mate of mine picked up a WRX V-Ltd for 2k recently but that was just luck. Seen ratty ones go for 2-4k and fresh ones 5k+. Paid 2.5k for mine nearly 3 years ago

"FIA World Rally Manufacturers Champions SUBARU 1995"

There's no limited edition number on the 555.

Does anyone know what happened/where is, Ken Ross? (of catherineandken fame) -last post on scoobynet was 2009

He seemed to be the font of all knowledge on these 555's.
