I’m not sure about the exhaust either to be honest, and it’s a tad too loud, I might change it soon.

I have been finding excuses to drive everywhere haha, 2 tanks of fuel nearly gone. The pic was taken in Penrhos, near Holyhead. I saw in your thread you just bought lamp covers for your new toy, do any covers fit the bumpers? They all seem slightly different shapes.

Depends which bumper you have.

Mine (blue one on the left) has the pre-facelift bumper on it.
Fog covers are flat with three 'indents' in three of the corners for the screws.
The missus' on the right has the facelift bumper on.
The fog covers for these have the line that follow on from the indicator in and only have one screw hole.

Yours is a pre-facelift bumper like the bue car in the pic above, but you have a splitter on yours.

As said above, you have a pre-facelift bumper. You need the same covers as I have, same as the first eBay listing I added the link to. Those will also need the brackets to mount them.

These from HTA are the correct ones for your car and have everything you need to fit them (except the paint ) http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Fog-Lamp-Cover...item2c4e5b2f09

Thanks for all the welcomes,

And thanks for the link blu scoob, i was wondering how they fit so you’ve answered my next question.

I’m feeling the cost already, besides obviously buying the car, which wasn’t too cheap, I’ve spent around £160 on fuel in the last few days.

Before buying this I was using a saxo furio as a rounaround, at 50mpg, so it hurts to watch the fuel gauge on the scoob but at 280bhp and the sound of it.......

..... to fuel economy

Could someone tell me if these wheels are the standard wheels with the V-limited, or what they were from originally?

Is it a V4 Type R V Limited?

WRX engine with that versions STI VF turbo, roof vent, ABS but no DCCD.

Wheels are non standard - they are newage WRX alloys. These probably came with the gold 5 spokes of old classics.

Nice car - probably better to have ABS in the UK than DCCD.

thanks all, ive had it quite a while and all the little problems sorted.

Its also since been to scooby clinic for a SC36 Billet and Simtek ECU and other bits and bobs.

The time has come to buy new tyres, im not too sure what size to get, currently it has 215/45 R17 but im not sure whether or not to get 225/45.

Now the sun is upon us I'm rather tempted with these http://www.camskill.co.uk/products.p...m54b0s16p59611
