Default a few HDR pics of my car

2 done by my mate with a good camera and the ability to use it and the know how on how to make HDR pics and one by me with a rubbish camera and no idea tbh!

I understand the theory behind HDR, but prefer raw imagery - I'm a bit old school having cut my teeth on wet film

Looks good all the same, great looking car

it seems that your attempt at HDR (in my eyes) looks better than the one from the professional....

great coloring and great car!!

best to avoid trees that close in the background because they will move over the different exposures.
nice pics though.

there is one program where you can pyseudo-tone map an image from a single jpeg

cool, i used 5 pics off a sh*t camera and cs3 photoshop and i found the tree to be a right b*tch! kept gettin a halo round it. its an addictive photo medium!

nice photos mate, if you fancy using a program with an easier interface try dynamic HDR its brilliant and you will hardly ever get halos.

I love HDR its so much fun and can produce some stunning results, very easy to get a weird unreal effect though

i do like the scooby here

if you had the originals i would love to have a go with dynamic for you, would be interesting to see the difference. If you have a look at my site most have been taken with a compact £79 camera ;-)

done a few more this weekend, and i will have a few more soon done by another mate from when we went to take some pics today. we were going to do some with his rig but it was too bright apparently lol


anyway...some more i have done..varying quality of results lol






no Subaru in this one but still hdr,and one of my favourites so far that ive done
