Once you've optimised them at the adobe site, you need to save them to your hard drive, then follow the instructions from the top to upload them to http://upload.turbosport.co.uk

Avi,
can i e-mail me piccies to you and you put them up for me,till i get me head round it?i followed your instructions and had to optimize the pictures thru adobi.Once the piccies were optimised the only options i had to save them were as a .art file or .bmp file no option for for jpeg doc.I then re-named to jpeg but was unable to view as a picture.Upload.turbosport only allows pics uploaded as jpeg or gif files were am i going wrong.
