SI, nice pads although I'm more interested in the seats !! I am hoping to visit Corbeau tomorrow am for a seat fitting - toss up between the targa sport and pro-race - did you have any problems fitting these in, and is there any chance of a full picture of them in situ ?
From what I can see, they look very good.
Thanks
G

Hi ScoobyK
Heres a picture of one of the seats in my car
I did have trouble getting these seats in my car
There are three routes you can take to getting the seats fitted:
1. Adaption / Conversion bars
2. Custom sub-frame
3. Universal sub-frame
I took the adaption bar route. This allows you to use your existing Subaru sub-frame to bolt on to the Corbeau seat, apparently.
Anyway, with a bit of wrestling I got the passenger Subaru sub-frame onto the Corbeau seat I then noticed the chair could not be moved back or forth as the bar you use to lift up and move the chair back and forth was fouling agasint the chair I managed to remedy this by using rubber stops as spacers between the sub-frame and seat
I then came to do the drivers seat. Upon removal, to my horror , the drivers sub-frame was completly different due to the fact of the height adjuster There was no way an adaption bar could be used to connect all the bits together.
I contacted Demon Tweeks who I orignally purchased the adaption bars from and I now have a custom frame on the way
It's due to arrive tomorrow (thurday 28th) so I should be able to fit the other seat The seats are really comfy and my g/f says they do hold you v.well when cornering tight
If you want Corbeau seats in your car, get CUSTOM frames. They cost around £60 each. I paid £160 for each of my Targa Sports from http://www.carismastyle.co.uk
I should have the frame tomorrow so I can let you know what it's like etc.
Are you going to Corbeau in Hastings? I used to live there and I am visitng between 1st April and 4th, we could meet and view seats?
If you want any more info, post here...
Cheers
James

Sounds like it's been quite a job for you !!
Yes, going to Corbeau in St Leonards today as I want a pro seat really but am concerned that they'll take my **** ! (just want to ensure they are comfy, honest)
Let me know when you know more about when you're down etc, and we'll meet up.

Nice seats - I presume that you were about to fit the driver's seat!!!
If not, why did you fit the passenger one first? - GENUINELY interested....
