It will be a little while before I do anything to it. A remap will be on the cards at some point but I'm just enjoying it. It has got eibach springs which are pretty bad IMHO, so they may get changed.

Looks a nice clean car Craig. It must be worlds apart from the classic in all departments?

Is it riding the bump stops Jon. Prodrive kit included revised ones.

Looks as it should, very nice.

Cheers bob, it's different to my old classic but still familiar. In a good way.

53wrx - I'm not sure, the ride is a bit weird, on the motorway it's a bit bouncy, bit round town it's not too bad, just firm.

Nice, looks like you need some matching tyres though.

Agreed.. The Bridgstones on the rear are nearing the end of their lives, to be replaced with a matching pair of Goodyears to compliment the fronts.

Craig - glad you got fixed up with another car. Looks good but more sedate than the Classic. Maybe just add some fluffy dice ?

Very nice, definitely the best UK Hawkeye model.

I also agree with Mervil, a nice A line rear spoiler would make it even more subtle.

Now when is the roof vent going in and the Ecutek RaceRom being mapped in?

I prefer the A line spoiler, but I don't really want to mess around with the bodywork, what with I being so straight & only having 22k on the clock. I personally think any bodyshop would have a total nightmare trying to colourmatch the boot. Roof vent would be cool though, might see about that in the future.

I'm considering a remap, just happy with I as it is at the minute. 280bhp feels strangly quick, maybe it's the fact the exhaust is nearly silent

This car is immaculate & this crazy fool let me have a drive last night It drives beautifully, not a rattle from interior trim or any annoying sqeeks as you'd find in most classics.

I've always liked this shape (second best shape after the classic). Good choice my friend but a shame you let greeny go

I'd keep this one as is, it is a slippery slope (as you know) when modifying. I wouldn't even bother with a map given that it runs so so smooth.

As a fellow 'Spec D' owner I must agree - they feel remarkably quick! Then again, my last car was a '98 Megane Coupe so ...

Health to enjoy!

Cheers
