Default I've got one at at last

...A Subaru Impreza WRX Type R STi Version VI coupe

I got this of that wonderful auction site we all know and love. I ordered it on Wednesday evening and it arrived this morning from HK.

It is my very first plastic model kit, so I am going to take my time building it. I may ask my dad to help me as he has made plastic and metal airplane kits before.

I have one slight problem, what colour to paint the body. The kit says Dark Blue - Deep Blue Mica - But I am thinking RB5 Grey or as near as or White

I am going to paint it RB5 grey I have decided. Apparently Halfords car spray paint works great on these if you are after a true to life colour match.

Good effort there.

I like the 22B there. I am going to take real time with mine. Today I went to Halfords and got them to make me up some RB5 Blue Steel 86F paint in a spray can.

Was hoping it would be 1/32 so will fit on my scalextric. 1/24 slot cars are common though on wooden tracks.

1/32 #59 '95 NIssan Skyline R33 GTR ARII #47064 on eBay, also, Models, Model Kits, Toys Games (end time 23-Apr-09 04:43:32 BST)

These make good slot cars.

As promised the pictures of my version 6 type r in 86F

As it is my first ever plastic model, I think I have done a rather good job at building it. I thoroughly enjoyed making the model, being in your own world in the piece and quiet making a scale replica of a car you just adore or maybe it was the paint making me like modeling Alas, without further a do, the pictures.

I want to do another Impreza, but which model/version?

I don't like Evos as much and besides, buying one would go against my nature (username).
